Which payment methods are accepted?
Cash on Delivery is available at checkout. For high-value or special orders you can arrange payment with our team on WhatsApp. If you would like to pay by bank transfer, ask us first and we will confirm what is possible.
Can I return a product?
Sarim Electronics does not accept returns and does not offer refunds. We do offer an exchange. Message us on WhatsApp at 0311 1109394 or call 0311 1109493 before coming to the store, and bring your invoice with you.
Who handles the warranty on my product?
The manufacturer does. Where a product carries a warranty, it is provided by the manufacturer or its authorised distributor, and all warranty service, repairs and replacements are handled through their after-sales service. Sarim Electronics does not provide or underwrite the warranty itself. Keep your invoice and the warranty card, and ask us if you cannot find the right contact number for your brand.
How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
It depends on your city and on the size of the product, so we confirm both with you on the phone call that follows your order, before anything is dispatched. You can also message us on WhatsApp with the product and your city and we will tell you beforehand.
