What we collect

When you place an order we ask for your name, phone number, province, city and delivery address. An email address is optional and we only ask for it so we can send an order confirmation. When you contact us through the website we keep the name, phone number and message you send.

You do not need an account to buy from us. Your basket, your theme choice and your cookie choice are stored in your own browser, not on our servers.

Why we collect it

We use your details to confirm your order by phone, deliver it, and answer questions about it. We do not use them for anything else.

Analytics and cookies

The website uses a small number of essential cookies to remember your basket, your theme and your cookie choice. Those are needed for the site to work.

We also record anonymous page statistics so we can see which pages are useful. This is switched off until you accept it in the cookie notice, and you can decline without losing any part of the site. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not load third-party tracking.

Who else sees your data

Your delivery address and phone number are shared with the courier carrying your order, because they cannot deliver without them. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as business records so we can deal with later questions about a purchase. Contact messages are kept while they are being dealt with.
