Where we deliver

We deliver across Pakistan. Our store is on Avenue Road, Multan, and you are welcome to collect in person instead.

How an order is confirmed

Every order is confirmed by our team before it is dispatched. After you place an order we contact you on the phone number you gave at checkout to confirm the product, the total and the delivery address. Nothing is dispatched before that call.

Delivery charges and timing

Delivery charges and the expected delivery time depend on your city and on the size of the product, so they are confirmed with you on that call before dispatch. Large appliances are handled differently from small ones. If you would like to know the cost before ordering, message us on WhatsApp at 0311 1109394 with the product and your city and we will tell you.

Payment

You can pay cash on delivery, by bank transfer, or arrange the order with us directly on WhatsApp. Payment methods are shown at checkout.

Checking your delivery

Please check the product in front of the delivery rider where that is possible. If a product arrives damaged, contact us the same day and keep the packaging.
