WHOOP Peak is the middle of WHOOP's three membership tiers, and it ships with the WHOOP 5.0 band. The band has no screen: it is worn continuously, including in bed and in the shower, and it measures sleep, strain and recovery rather than showing notifications. The reading happens in the WHOOP app, not on your wrist.

Peak sits above the entry One tier and below Life. What it adds over One is Healthspan, which reports WHOOP Age and Pace of Aging, and the Health Monitor. What Life adds over it is the ECG Heart Screener, and a different device.
